Welcome to Greenlight Student Driver.
By enrolling in our programs or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and Payments
Full payment or a scheduled payment plan must be completed before beginning any driving lessons or classes.
Payment plans must be completed as agreed, regardless of lesson scheduling delays or cancellations.
Prices for services are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed enrollments.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Students must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson without penalty.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
If Greenlight needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to weather, instructor illness, or vehicle maintenance, no fees will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once a course or service has begun.
If a student withdraws before any services have been rendered, a refund may be granted minus a $50 administrative fee.
Refunds for prepaid driving lesson packages will be prorated based on the number of lessons completed.
4. Road Test Services
Students using Greenlight’s vehicles for DMV testing must complete a minimum 2-hour pre-test evaluation with an instructor.
Road test vehicle rental fees are non-refundable once booked, unless cancellation is due to DMV closure or documented medical emergency.
5. Student Conduct
Students must be punctual, prepared, and respectful during all classes and lessons.
Students showing signs of impairment (drugs, alcohol, extreme fatigue) will not be allowed to participate and may forfeit their lesson.
Greenlight reserves the right to refuse service to anyone posing a safety risk to instructors, other students, or the public.
6. Certificate Issuance
Driver Education Completion Certificates will only be issued once all classroom hours, behind-the-wheel hours, and financial obligations have been satisfied.
7. Liability
Greenlight Student Driver, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during participation in driving instruction, except as required by law.
Students and guardians assume full responsibility for their actions and safety during lessons.
8. Communication
Greenlight may communicate with students and parents via phone, email, or text message regarding scheduling, updates, and important information.
By enrolling, you consent to receiving necessary communications related to your program.
9. Privacy Policy
Any personal information provided to Greenlight Student Driver will be kept confidential and used solely for school operations, enrollment processing, and communications.
We do not sell or share personal data with outside parties.
10. Agreement
By enrolling in any program or booking any service with Greenlight Student Driver, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
