✅ Steps to Complete Registration

(Parents: Do not register yourself as the student.)

📘 Step 1 – Select Category

Choose the correct type of registration:

Teen Student Registration – for students ages 16–17
Adult Student Registration – for students 18 or older

📦 Step 2 – Select Appointment

Pick the driver education package that best fits your needs.

🗓️ Step 3 – Select a Date and Time

Choose a start date and time that works for your schedule.

Note: Our system will create a placeholder appointment (10 minutes at 4:00 AM) to finalize your registration. No need to attend this — it’s for internal use only.

🪪 Step 4 – Enter the Student’s Legal Info

Enter the student’s learner permit details exactly as shown on their permit:

Upload a clear photo of the learner’s permit

Provide the details of the parent or legal guardian:

Phone Number
Driver’s License Number & State
(If no license, enter “N/A”)

📜 Step 6 – Review & Agree to Terms

Read each policy and check the confirmation boxes to proceed.

✍️ Step 7 – Who Is Completing This Form?

Enter your full name so we know who booked the appointment on the student’s behalf.

✅ Step 8 – Submit Registration

Click the Confirm Appointment button to finalize the registration.

📧 Step 9 – Check Your Email

Look for a confirmation message with instructions and links to book your appointments.

📅 Step 10 – Book Your Appointments

Use the links in your email to schedule your class dates and driving lesson times.
