At Greenlight Student Driver, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all students, instructors, and members of the community.
By enrolling in our programs, students agree to uphold the following standards of conduct:

1. Respect for Instructors and Peers

• Treat all instructors, fellow students, and staff members with courtesy and respect.

• Follow all reasonable directions given by instructors during lessons, classes, and test preparation.

2. Punctuality and Preparedness

• Arrive on time for all scheduled classes and driving lessons.

• Bring any required materials, including learner’s permit or license, and appropriate footwear for driving.

3. Safety and Conduct During Driving Lessons

• Students must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances during lessons.

• Students must follow all road laws and instructor directions during lessons for safety.

• Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.

4. Attendance and Participation

• Full attendance is required to complete state-mandated coursework and driving hours.

• Students are expected to actively participate in classes and lessons.

5. Damage and Liability

• Students are responsible for treating vehicles and classroom facilities with care and respect.

• Intentional damage to property may result in financial liability and/or dismissal from the program.

6. Academic Integrity

• Students must complete their own work during online or in-person instruction.

• Cheating, misrepresentation, or submitting fraudulent documentation will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program without refund.
